I like to check on Budget and Avis rates here on University Boulevard when I take a trip because it can be cheaper than renting at the airport a few miles away. You don't get charged some of the airport fees.
Update 12/28/15: Rented again over the holiday weekend. Car had minor damage upon pick-up--let a staff member know and I was on my way! Return was very easy and quick!
