Those people are very rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional! I wouldnt take a roach there! Take ur pet elsewhere. It smells horrible in there!
The staff is amazing, they take time to answer any questions you may have during the appointment or if you think of a question missed by phone.
The staff is very friendly and they were very educated. I also didn't wait long at all while they were busy. I would definitely take my dog back there again
